Yes, it’s that time of the year again and Australia’s premier boating event, the Sydney International Boatshow is on at darling Harbout this week from Thursday, 28 July to Monday, 1 August 2011. Bluewater are very proud to be able to unveil to the public our latest launch, “Southern Belle” a Bluewater 420 Raised Saloon.

The culmination of an 18 month build program, Southern Belle features many innovations not seen on a Bluewater or any other similar yacht before. These include a mini bowsprit, self tacking staysail, MPS furler, forward laundry, workbench/tool storage, ensuite utility cabin rolled into one, folding dinette table, Corian™ galley benchtop servery, 75hp Yanmar turbo diesel with twin alternators totalling 210amp capacity, 390w solar panel arch, watertight main bulkhead as well our hard dodger / cockpit enclosure.

Lifetime Structural Warranty

Bluewater is also excited to announce we will now be offering a Lifetime Structural Warranty with every new Bluewater build. Due to our extensive testing program which includes world circumnavigations, Pacific cruises, Sydney to Hobarts, Gosford to Lord Howe Island, in fact over 1 million nautical miles of ocean cruising without any significant structural issues Bluewater is confident to offer this Lifetime Structural Warranty for all new builds.
